connoisseur food Works (GFW), the catering wing of The Picnic Basket Restaurant that has been serving Chicago and the northern and northwest suburbs given that Eighties, has appointed Chef Tushar Malkani as the government Chef. 

Chef Tushar Malkani, the winner of Guinness publication of World information for Tallest fit to be eaten painting with crew Culinary Academy of India in 2019, brings 10-plus years of experience with him. Chef Malkani has also obtained Honorary Gold Medal on the G20 Osaka Summit, Japan 2019 representing India.

The chef has 15+ awards and medals which he had got for his notable contribution in the culinary box.
